Daring New Dimensions

Sovereigna is an independent visual therapeutics initiative founded in 2024 by Saba Harati, clinical psychologist and counsellor, and Yao-han Lim, fullstack creator and industrial designer.

Born from a shared belief that design can intervene before distress becomes crisis, Sovereigna creates tools, images, and objects that invite curiosity, wonder, and subtle emotional modulation. We work across analog and digital mediums, always seeking new ways to soothe, engage, and gently shift perception at the threshold of awareness.

Guided by a simple intention to offer joy, calm and hope, our approach blends clinical insight, experimental design, and lighthearted but deep-lored storytelling. From Sequential Optical Triggers (SOTs) to tactile tools, music and books, alternate realities and free wonder-driven stimming games and illusion-making design tools, each creation is crafted with intention: to open access, reduce overwhelm, and remind people they may not be as stuck as they feel.
